Sapphire Virtual Network Limited is a fintech-driven organization focused on device financing and recovery operations. As part of its internal digital transformation, the company required scalable frontend systems to support field agents, operational teams, and administrators. I contributed to the development of key internal tools, including a Recovery Portal and a unified 3.0 dashboard, designed to streamline operations, improve visibility, and support multi-level user interactions across the platform.
The existing system lacked efficiency in tracking recovery activities and managing workflows across different user roles. Field agents had no structured way to log visitations or submit reports in real-time, while internal teams struggled with fragmented data and limited operational visibility. Additionally, the platform needed to support multiple user roles with varying levels of access, all within a secure and intuitive interface.
I led the frontend development of a Recovery Portal that enabled field agents to log visitations, submit structured recovery reports, and track customer interactions efficiently. I also contributed to the development of the company’s unified 3.0 dashboard, building role-based interfaces tailored to different user types, including agents, administrators, and operations teams. The system was designed with a focus on usability, scalability, and performance, ensuring seamless navigation, secure data handling, and optimized workflows across the platform.
The implementation significantly improved operational efficiency by digitizing and structuring recovery workflows. Field agents were able to capture and submit data in real-time, while internal teams gained enhanced visibility into recovery activities through centralized dashboards. The role-based system improved access control and user experience across the platform, resulting in faster decision-making, reduced manual processes, and a more scalable foundation for the company’s ongoing digital growth.
